Dolly’s Treasures will only accept returns resulting from shipping errors (wrong color or size) or
manufacturing defect. An RA # and return address must be obtained BEFORE returning the item.
If the returned item has been used (Pet Hair, Stained or Soiled) there will be a 15% restocking fee deducted from your credit. We are not able to credit shipping charges on any returns, so please ship returns via the most cost effective method.
