Shipping and Returns
How do I return an item?
  Exchanges or Retuns  are gladly accepted within 30 days of purchase with receipt, is in new condition and unused. (accept in the case of manufacturing defects) We want you to be satisfied with your Dolly’s Treasures purchase and for this reason we will make every attempt to find the right solution to meet your needs.

We do not accept returned merchandise without a Return Authorization and cannot honor exchanges for any merchandise that is sent back to us after 30 days from receipt, has been used, or is not in its' original condition. All sale, clearance, personalized, custom and perishable items are final sale and cannot be exchanged or returned. We will however, work with you to correct any problems with personalized or custom products that are the fault of Dolly’s Treasures or her vendors

Although Dolly’s Treasures offers the highest quality and most durable pet products, no item is considered "indestructible". Destruction by way of chewing is the responsibility of the owner and is not covered by Dolly’s Treasures  policy. Supervision is the best way to insure longevity of your pet's favorite products.
We encourage you to measure your pet as accurately as possible, as we only allow one complimentary exchange per item. After one exchange, each additional exchange will incur a re-stocking and shipping & handling fee.

Return/Exchange Process
To request an exchange, please contact us via email to request an Return Authorization .  After reviewing your request, we will reply with an exchange authorization code and instructions on return shipping.
Please do not place a new order for the item(s) you would like in exchange. If you place a new order, your credit card will be charged for that order and you will be issued a store credit for your returned merchandise.

Upon authorization of return, please ship unused item and packing receipt to the following address:

For your protection, please send your return via UPS or by US Mail with insurance and delivery confirmation for tracking purposes.
Please do not send any merchandise back to us prior to receiving proper authorization.
Upon arrival, your order will be exchanged for your new item(s) and you will be charged for return shipping. In the event that the amount of the new item(s) is greater than the amount of the returned item(s), you will be charged for the remaining balance with the credit card information that you provided. If the new dollar amount is less than the original dollar amount, you will receive a store credit for the remaining balance.
